Tricia started her career in museum marketing at the Art Institute of Chicago. She then founded and ran her own unisex fine jewelry brand in the Bay Area for 5 years— eventually landing at e-commerce retail giant, Gap.
At Gap, Tricia has held multiple managerial roles in digital marketing across email, site, mobile, personalization, customer lifecycle, and automations. She is currently the Senior Mobile Marketing Manager overseeing app and sms marketing strategy.
